THE VERDICT:

Lush's Tea Tree Water is originally a toner. But I decided to use it as a pick- me- up spritz at any time of the day because of how humid the days have been. Plus, it's in an atomizer bottle, which may have contributed to my decision of using it as a facial mist. Besides, it didn't really wow me when I was using it as a toner. It just felt like water with scented oil. I didn't feel that my face was feeling soft, supple, or anything, nor have I felt that my oilies were kept at bay, as promised by this toner's oil- controlling properties.

I love the fact that it smells like Tea Tree because it soothes me while it freshens me up. And I also spray it once or twice on my face to set my make- up.

And now, I'm halfway through the bottle. It's an instant wake- upper for sleepy heads like me when water's not available, there's no sight of a restroom nearby, and when you wouldn't want to pour a bottle of mineral water on your face, tv commercial- style.

Overall, it's fine. It's all- natural, doesn't sting, and gives you a bit of cooling sensation when used as a toner. But it makes a better facial water. I probably wouldn't buy this again. But if I'm a bit tight and I'm running out of toners, and there's no budget for a Kiehl's yet, I'd get this.

THE VERDICT:

This is probably the most mouthwatering soap I've ever smelt in my entire life second to L'occitane's Honey and Milk (?) line.

This bar is almost good enough to eat! Everytime I use it, it always reminds me of my favorite caramel, milk, and honey candy from my childhood.

This soap never fails to awaken my senses and lift me up every time I use this in the shower. The foam is also soft and frothy, which makes you feel really squeaky clean right after rinsing.

This honey scent does linger a bit right after you step out of the shower. However, I wish that the scent will linger longer because I like the honey-laced-with-caramel scent so much! It's sweet, but not overly sweet, which is the case sometimes with some honey/milk/vanilla/soaps that I've encountered.

And this bar doesn't dry my skin up unlike regular soaps. Lush soaps are organic, and they are made of the finest soap ingredients and essential oils. However, Lush soaps melt easily because they don't contain preservatives that commercial soaps have. And these preservatives are the culprits behind dry and flaky skin.

There is no doubt as to why Honey I Washed The Kids Soap is part of Lush's roster of best- selling soaps. I'm not really into buying costly soaps and bath products. So if I say that something is really worth splurging on, then it is really good!

THE VERDICT:

Here's a soap that's sure to keep you frisky all day!

This is also part of the roster of Lush's best- selling soaps. It's has a tangy, sweet, romantic, sexy, and happy scent that's sure to put you in a sexy, fun, and energetic mood.

Just like Honey I washed the Kids soap, this soap does lather up in frothy suds that's sure to make your skin feel squeaky clean.

One thing I liked about this soap is the staying power of the scent. It lingers longer than HIWTK.

One great thing about lush's soaps is the scent individuality. No two soaps smell alike, and no two soaps look alike!

Rockstar is indeed a great- smelling soap. Definitely worth splurging on!

THE VERDICT:

So this is one of my favorite soaps from the Lush line. It's scent is so one of kind. It's a divine mix of patchouli, lavender and bergamot: My all- time favorite aromatherapy scents.

Karma's scent reminds me of a spa. Clean, relaxing and soothing. I also love that the scent lingers on your skin even minutes after stepping out of the shower. It's non- drying and the aromatherapy scents makes me feel like I smell clean all the time. The overall citrus-y scent gives your senses an energizing boost. It's so good to use right after a hard work out or activity. Apart from its energizing ability, it also helps your senses calm down after a hard day's work so it's good to use in a shower-before-bed session, and as something to complement your spa session.

If there's one thing that you guys will try and make a staple in your Lush shopping bag, make it Karma.

Mysteriously dark and minty, Demon in the Dark wakes you from slumber in the dead of night, or the dead of winter. Apple juice refreshes naturally. 

THE VERDICT:

This is actually mom's soap but I still thought of reviewing this one for you.

Well, this promises to awake you right after a deep slumber with it's minty scent that naturally invigorates and rejuvenates.

I have to admit that this soap is not worth it at all. It's very expensive and there's nothing special about the minty smell that I could equate to toothpaste. It's expensive and it literally does nothing. I'm such a sleepy head so I can pretty much say that this didn't save me from sleeping in my morning classes.

Although some might find mint scents nice, it's their preference. This soap can be good for you. But truth be told, this is a waste of moolah. I'd rather have Safeguard's soap with mint that's equally good but at a cheaper price. I should've told mom to get the Ice Blue soap, which smells minty, but sans the toothpaste scent quality.

If there's something that will awaken me, it's realizing that I wasted money on this one. Now that shall keep me awake.
