Mistletoe and wine

I know it's not the time for Christmas yet but I just couldn't wait with these news :) My friend, Cytryna Matova, together with her artistic group Mechaniczna Cytryna, has recorded a cover of Cliff Richard's Christmas song - 'Mistletoe and wine'. She decided to make a videoclip to the song in Second Life with a plan to air it in Polish national TV during Christmas time. The idea of the video was to show Polish SL community, things we do, things we like, all in Christmas spirit. The project involved a lot of Polish avatars, and several days of recording and post production. My avatar appears in a few scenes, and that is the wedding scene (as the maid of honour - in teal dress), the carousel scene (in red jacket and yellow scarf) and together with Sql in a scene where we go up the mountain on a skilift and then slide down on sled. I think the video turned out very nice, so here it is for you to enjoy:

2. QuackIT - Situs yang konsepnya hampir sama dengan W3Schools, tapi tidak selengkap W3Schools. Dalam beberapa hal yang dipelajari, kami lebih menyukai cara penyajian dari web ini. Aksesnya sendiri lebih cepat dibanding W3Schools, mungkin karena jarang yang tahu.

3. About - Situs ini merupakan situs pembelajaran yang memuat sekali banyak hal. Belajar design web hanya bagian kecil dari situs ini. Sebaiknya kamu menggunakan fasilitas searchnya untuk mencari apa yang perlu dipelajari. Banyak tips bagus yang bisa kita manfaatkan untuk membangun situs yang baik.

Sebagai dasar bagi pemula, sebaiknya belajar HTML, CSS dan PHP terlebih dahulu. Tambahan lainnya adalah memperlajari SQL kalau rencana ingin membuat web yang menggunakan database.

Untuk menggunakan layanan seperti Blogger Custom Domain, biasanya membutuhkan kontrol penuh DNS yang mana jarang diberikan oleh berbagai registrar domain. Kontrol yang kita dapatkan pada saat membeli domain sebagian besar dibatasi ke pengarahan NS saja.

Dengan tutorial ini kita dapat mengontrol penuh DNS untuk domain kita dengan menggunakan layanan Free DNS, AFRAID.ORG



Pertama, daftar di http://freedns.afraid.org/signup/ setelah selesai proses pendaftaran masuk ke account anda dan klik Domains



Klik Add A Domain




- Jangan pilih clone atau sub clone (kecuali Anda tahu yang Anda lakukan )
- Masukkan nama domain (tanpa www, contoh: guruh.net)
- Shared State -> Private

Kemudian arahkan NS domain anda ke:

RESETTING PHONE BY NOKIA SECRET CODES (steps 1 and 2)

1st step : SOFT RESETTING NOKIA 6600

A Soft-reset is the process of resetting all the settings of the phone to the factory default! No applications are deleted.

Take backups of ur phone books,calender and others, then simply enter the code *#7780#
It will ask for “Restore all phone settings-phone’ll restart….”
Then it asks for security code enter ur security code whose default value is 12345 then the phone is resetted after restart.The phone will be restored to the time when you purchased the phone.Default apps are not deleted.

2nd step : HARD RESETTING BY CODE

A Hard-reset is like formatting a memory disk. Itâ formats the phone memory. Everything that has been installed other than default apps at d time of purchase are deleted.The phone’s setting will be restored to the time when you purchased the phone.Default apps are not deleted.

Just enter the code *#7370#
Then it asks for security code enter ur security code whose deafault value is 12345 ….then proceed as in previous step…..

NOTE:
The battery must be full or the charger has to be connected to the phone so that it does not run out of power and make the phone unusable.
Take backup of the contacts and other important data in MMC .

FLASHING

3rd step :’FLASHING 6600′ : ANOTHER METHOD FOR HARD FULL FORMATTING

If any of the above methods failed to make your phone formatted then try this step-mainly try this step if the problems are following-blank screen phone unable to boot, phone is only able to boot-up to Nokia screen ,unable to uninstall any installed software, unable to delete certain files on C drive(phone memory).This step is known as flashing of phone. Always do this step at last (after 1st 2 steps are over and u are not successfull) as these problems might be solved by resetting using codes.

To format the (restore factory settings) phone here is a way .

1. Make sure you phone is fully charged. (At minimum 3/4 of bettery should be left)

2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible).

3. Switch-off your 6600 phone.

4. Press and hold these three keys together -Green dial key,-Star key (*)-Three key (3) then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone. Do not let go the three keys until you see the formatting screen displayed

5. After a few minutes, the format will be complete. Your 6600 will now be at its original factory settings (It will reach the same state as that in when you purchased it). All inbuilt applications provided by nokia will not be deleted)

- tekan dan tahan tombol dial warna hijau, tombol bintang (*),
tombol angka 3 (3) bersamaan
- tahan sambil menghidupkan handphone anda.
- tahan tombol angka 3 sampai keluar kata “formating” dilayar.
- setelah beberapa saat, format akan selesai.

Ternyata krisis ekonomi tidak selalu membawa pegaruh yang buruk. Terbukti, iklan online mampu meningkat 11 persen dari tahun lalu justru saat perekonomian sedang tidak stabil seperti sekarang ini.

Pada kuartal ketiga 2008 pendapatan iklan online mencapai USD 5,9 miliar. Ini artinya peningkatan 11 persen dibandingkan pada periode yang sama tahun 2007. Demikian data Interactive Advertising Bureau.

Namun, bisa jadi ini berarti iklan online belum terpukul dan bukannya tidak mengalami pukulan. Pasalnya, dari kuartal kedua ke kuartal ketiga 2008 peningkatannya hanya dua persen alias menunjukkan tanda-tanda pertumbuhan melambat.

Data pada tiga kuartal awal tahun 2008 menunjukkan pendapatan iklan meningkat secara keseluruhan menjadi USD 17,3 miliar. Ini naik dari USD 15,2 miliar di periode yang sama tahun 2007.

Peneliti marketing online, ComScore Inc menunjukkan seberapa besar iklan online mencapai pemirsanya. AOL meraup 173 juta atau sekitar 91 persen dari 190,6 orang di Amerika Serikat yang online.
